Pandemic III. Authors: Adolfo Castilla and José María González del Álamo
We continue explaining the highlights of the work done by Innovation Wars,S.L./CiBUC for a well-known Spanish public institution. We now refer to the results obtained and, in particular, to the recommended strategic plans and the five major projects proposed. We remind you that everything is the result of the collective work carried out with the Collective Artificial Intelligence methodology of this company. And we want to emphasize that in all that is indicated there is a high rigor, that is, everything arises from the collective brain created and the work of the established neural network. If there is anything valid in all that is stated and what has been stated in previous posts. is the result of the collective created and the methodology employed.
Results
The pandemic represents a turning point for all of humanity. It is concluded that, for many people, the pandemic has served to reflect and connect with their inner self, aspiring to a different and better future: more intelligent, more humane, freer and more collaborative. Adaptive changes for the radically different world that is fast approaching. It has also had an impact on four areas of life: personal life, professional life, family life and life in society, the first being the most important, with a 69% prevalence rate.
However, the concrete and specific change that is judged to be most valuable, with up to 70% consensus, is that which has had to do with the real improvement in family relationships during the pandemic, thanks to the much greater time spent together and the much greater communication experienced.
Relationship with people
Personally, the pandemic has required us to rethink and redefine our priorities in life (61%), to relativize the importance of things and to be much more aware of health and its integral care as an absolute value, without which everything falters.
On the professional side, the pandemic has allowed many of us to update key competencies (66%), and at the same time to enhance our creative side in order to overcome the problems that arose. We have achieved this thanks to Teleworking and being able to better reconcile work and family life.
In the social sphere, people have become much more aware of the importance of recovering face-to-face life (58%) while at the same time the need to be more aware of others (56%) has become present to the point of joining other people or groups to collaborate for the benefit of those who need it most. Five major revolutions
Collectively, the pandemic urges us as a society to promote five major revolutions, which by number of mentions are as follows:
1) Revolution of the Social Model
2) Educational Revolution
3) Digital Revolution
4) Climate Revolution
5) Biosanitary Revolution.
Prevalence analysis
However, the order changes radically according to the collective brain, with the bio-health revolution being the most important and strategic (67%), followed by the climate revolution (63%), education (59%), the revolution of the model of society (58%) and the digital revolution (57%). The bio-health revolution is based on two main pillars: the first is a firm commitment to public health (67%) while advancing in the biological and genetic revolution against diseases (63%). The climate revolution must be based on two pillars, the first on individual and family awareness of the impact we each have on the planet and how to improve it (61%), while continuing to seek formulas for progress that do not compromise the environment (61%).
Regarding the educational revolution, it should promote a new education based on values of unity and that focus us as a society towards the common good (59%). Furthermore, it is considered key to educate in free and critical thinking to be able to have one’s own criteria, but also in creative and constructive thinking to be able to find innovative solutions to old and new problems (55%).
As for the revolution of the social model that is considered a priority, it is the one that facilitates the construction of a more humane society where progress does not accentuate inequalities (58%), accompanied by a reordering of the entire political and public management system (52%) and elevating leaders who manage to add and not confront or divide (50%). The digital revolution must be based on three pillars, starting with evolving towards a much more digital economy that is not so dependent on tourism (55%), that is committed to digital training and to training many more digital professionals (55%), and that truly digitizes the public administration (52%).
Five strategic plans
Considering the results obtained, the need arises to promote these 5 Strategic Plans, which are shown in the image below:
Strategic and Investment Plan for Public Health and Biogenetics 2. Strategic Plan for the fight against climate change from the grassroots level.
3. Strategic Plan to transform Education into a lever of unity
4. Strategic Plan to transform the political system and progress. 5. Integral plan for private and public digital transformation.
Five strategic projects
In order to help ground and drive the five plans, their pragmatic concretization into five strategic projects, as shown below in the Strategic Development Matrix for Spain, towards the search for a better future for its citizens.
- Project LOLA – “Health comes first”.
- CLIMA Project – “Change yourself so that the climate does not change”.
- Project LUNA – “Educating for unity towards the common good”.
- Project RESET – “Towards the new society we all want”.
- Project ZERO – “Zero people without digital capabilities”.
Collective A.I. suggests that these five projects be approached in a decisive manner and focusing on activating first those that, with the least effort required, can have the greatest impact on the lives of our citizens and organizations.
Final conclusion
The research carried out shows us that our society is much more prepared to agree and move forward than our old political and governance systems currently allow, for the improvement and transformation of which we must work decisively.
Whether this is done or not, and with what intensity, will ultimately determine whether the pandemic will go down in history as the best ally our country has ever had to accelerate the critical processes of social, political and economic transformation that we have set before us.
Pandemic III. Pandemic III. Pandemic III again.
